Which product would be best?

Our Occupational Therapists can help and guide you with purchases if you are unsure of which products would be most beneficial. If you would like advice please feel free to contact us via email at hello@sisu7.com.au or call 07 4779 1886. All the products have been used in our clinic to ensure meeting our high standards.

Where are we located?

Our main office is in Townsville, North Queensland.

How much is postage?

We have a flat fee of $9.90 but if you spend over $100 then we’ll send your order for free!

Please note when we send to a PO Box we have to charge an extra fee of $10.95. Try to give us a residential or work address to save this extra charge.

Please contact us should you require EXPRESS SHIPPING as we can provide a quote if you wish.  Orders to WA will be approx $25.00 so you can select this option at checkout.  Otherwise please give us a call or email us for a quote.

When will orders be dispatched?

If you place your order before 10 am (EST) Monday to Friday it will be shipped to you that day. Orders placed after 10am will posted within 1-2 business days.  If you require express shipping then please indicate this when you place your order and we will arrange a quote for you.  Shipping time frames vary depending on your location, for example those in WA, please allow up to 21 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not at the moment however we might be able to make some exceptions 😊 Contact us if you would like to place an order and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return my orders?

We want you to be happy with your product/s so in most cases we will offer an exchange or a return as long as you have contacted us to advise of your return / exchange reason within 48 hours of receiving your product.

You will be asked to:

  • Advise us why the product needs to be returned or exchanged
  • Supply photos of the damaged item
  • Return the item/s in the original condition with original packaging
  • Include a copy of your invoice with the item/s
  • Return the item/s within 7 business days of notifying us

Items we cannot exchange or refund:

  • Wearable items such as body socks, seamless socks
